The journal Justice and Law aims to achieve international visibility and recognition through indexing in specialized databases and directories. To this end, it will progressively undergo the corresponding evaluation processes, demonstrating the quality of its editorial management and review policies, the format and presentation of its content, the availability and accessibility of its article submission guidelines, and other elements that reflect its defining formal and technical standards.

In 2026, Justice and Law was admitted to the Catalog 2.0 of the Regional Online Information System for Scientific Journals of Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal (Latindex), which includes only those scientific journals that meet the highest standards of scientific quality.

Since May 22, 2024, it has been registered in the Directory of the Regional Online Information System of Scientific Journals of Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal, Latindex.

In its constant commitment to the free and open dissemination of legal science and, in particular, judicial science, on May 14, 2026, it joined Dialnet, one of the largest and most recognized bibliographic portals in the world, which gives visibility to Hispanic scientific literature, especially that related to the humanities, law and social sciences.

The publication is also integrated into the Latin American Network of Academic Journals in Social Sciences and Humanities, which creates a collaborative and participatory space for editorial teams and promotes Latin American scientific identity, LatinREV.

Furthermore, since April 23, 2026, it has been registered in the academic database ResearchBib, which provides access to open access scientific journals and documents.

He also uses academic and professional networks such as Google Scholar, Academia, and LinkedIn, through which he shares published content with the global scientific community and contributes to the visibility and impact of the articles published on them.

   

Firmly committed to the ethical principles of scientific research and the practices recommended by the Declaration on Research Assessment, signed in San Francisco in 2012, it has subscribed to said instrument.

On January 16, 2025, Justice and Law adhered to the Manifesto on Science as a Global Public Good: Non-Commercial Open Access.
