The JD journal is published twice a year, in June and December. The EC may agree to special editions when deemed appropriate. JD journal was founded on June 4, 2003 with the aim of stimulating the contribution of the Cuban judicial system to the creation of national scientific wealth. During its more than 20 years of existence, it has freely promoted the socialisation of knowledge through the dissemination of the research results of magistrates, judges and other legal professionals who are decisive in improving the quality of the administration of justice and, in general, of professional legal practice. The continuous improvement of the editorial process has gone hand in hand with these aims. Its Editorial Board and Editorial Team have counted on the participation of prestigious professionals in legal science, particularly recognised for their work in the judicial field.
