COMMENTS ON THE NEW MILITARY CRIMINAL PROCESS

Abstract
This work pursues the objective of providing some considerations on certain aspects, the formulation of which is significant in the recently approved Military Criminal Procedure Law. The research, as shown in this work, was generally based on the dialectical-materialist method. The methods and techniques used were linked to human thought, such as deduction-induction and abstraction-concretion; complemented with others to study the references on the topic, such as the bibliographic review, the historical-legal, the exegetical-analytical, the content analysis and the author’s own experience in the participation of the working group that participated in the preparation of the new Cuban procedural laws, today in force; in a process that allowed us to demonstrate the way in which the current Military Criminal Procedure Law was adapted to the new challenges faced by armed institutions and sought solutions to the main problems that demanded the improvement of the military criminal process.
