NEW CHALLENGES FOR FAMILY JUSTICE: ADOPTION AND FINANCIAL COMPENSATION

Abstract
The validity of the Family Code demands the action of the courts and those who make it up, based on the new vision that, in terms of rights and with an absolutely renewing perspective, must imprint on the matters that remain within their sphere of competence, as well as the novelties that are incorporated, in any case, with a completely new vision and scope and a projection in their coping that is radically modified. At this point lies the key to success; in looking at the issues that have traditionally been known to them, with a prism of greater and higher projections and dimensions. This is the case of adoption, in general, and of its integrative variant, in particular, and of economic compensation, as a way of granting true economic value to domestic and care work, once the divorce or separation of the affective domestic partner occurs.
